It is a classic beauty. Check in was seamless with nice welcoming front desk assistance. The surrounding is quiet and chill with big lot and lounge. I see groups of athletes and professionals coming in, which gives a really cool vibe for this hotel.

the attitude of the clerk when checking in the machine that is used to pay was down but your girl kept insisting that it was my visa/debit that was declined which in fact was false

Shout out to front desk and a big thank you to Eva went above and beyond in the restaurant she made our stay the best! Our remote wasn’t working in 2 min had someone to our room to correct immediately. Very friendly staff and great service

My truck was stolen from the parking lot. I'll never stay there again or recommend anyone stay there. I realize this is not the fault of the hotel and I will say the staff was very accommodating and helpful. But if I can't safely park a vehicle there, it's no longer an option for me. I'll stay where there is secured parking.

Our night was terrible. No fault of the staff they weee wonderful. The air conditioner made a noise that sounded like running shoes in a dryer. It was terrible impossible to sleep, Beds were small and uncomfortable -I asked for Queens but apparently they don’t have any. The place looks nice and is clean. The worst sleep I’ve had in years. 😞😞

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for a competition which ended late and we had to get up early. Beds were good, bathroom was nicely renovated and everything looked clean and updated

Our fridge was not cold and our AC unit did not cool the room adequately. Our room also had a walkout balcony area which would’ve been nice to know because the one lock didn’t secure well and it left us feeling a little uneasy overnight. Otherwise the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again if issues were addressed prior to being put in a room.

The property was beautiful the hotel was so clean. I didnt like the glass elevator, the loud heater in the room (had to call mainance for, it started again we ended up just turning it off) the loud hockey player neighbours in the next room(they were partying) the pool is in the main lobby which is also alittle odd no privacy when swimming.. i never tried the restaurant their brekfast is almost 40 according to the website when booking a room. I usually stay at a cheaper hotel called the monte carlo ive never had issues there and its a free breakfast.

Booked a room for my 33th birthday. Hotel was booked by hockey tournament so tou could hear kids in the halls running in the morning. You could hear the neighbors through the wall. The window lets water condense so mold growing causing the heater to turn on very few minutes which is insanely loud. We were gifted complimentary breakfast but since we were out late celebrating... we didn’t have time to sit and eat nor coyld we take food to go. Book through another company... other good hotels around. Leave this to the hockey families.

We basically checked in and went to sleep, so we can’t review much. The bathroom was very nice, and the beds were sooo comfortable. It was extremely easy to get to, and the staff were very welcoming. The location of the pool seemed great for parents to watch their kids. Overall great stay

There was a party going on in the conference centre with very loud music, and it was to continue until 11 PM. Our room was right across and we could not hear the TV or fall asleep. They should have thought of this ahead. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room, but it was extremely inconvenient as we had to repack everything again. Not to mention we had already started a movie on demand.
