Stay was sufficent for our needs. The address on Expedia was not correct and took us too an entirely different building on arrival. So to note, the address is 300 Front st, which is still very close to the CN TOWER and Ripleys Aquarium (walking distance, 5 min). Overall this was my first time renting a condo vs hotel and it was ok.

This rental was not what was advertised, and Expedia has blocked my actual review listing exactly why. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a condo rented via another popular rental platform. It isn’t a two bedroom two bathroom, it’s a one bedroom with a second bed in a corner with a curtain and one bath. The floor was dirty, the key fob was broken, the blinds were broken and none of the amenities advertised were accessible. Would not stay here again.

Read the reviews. The description is quite clear. Did I have to go to a store around the corner and futz with an app to “unlock” a box for the key? Yes. Did I then walk to another entrance to get into the building, which isn’t exactly where the location on the listing says it is? Yes. Was the place clean, affordable, and walkable? Yes.

The location is good and the room is ok, however I had a few issues. As previously mentioned by other people, the place is not located where it is announced; The mattress is worn out and has developed a significant dip from years of use; check out instructions were sent after the check out time so I couldn’t follow the instructions properly; and I had another date booked and they cancelled it without any explanation - I’ve asked why and I haven’t heard from them.

For expedia to call this a HOTEL is false advertising at BEST. Its a cookie cutter airbnb. No tv, no wifi, bed was a glorified futon sheets (were they even changed??) were beyond uncomfortable, and air conditioning would not go lower than 22.5 Celsius. The entire unit had an odor of a laundry-mat. Expedia’s brand is in the toilet with me after this experience.

CECI N’EST PAS UN HÔTEL. Il est proposé un appartement dans une tour résidentiel. L’appartement manque d’amour. La propreté de la douche était douteuse. Décrit comme ayant 2 lits doubles dans les chambres alors que la deuxième chambre a un lit simple dans une chambre sans fenêtre.
