My only big issue really was a result of where my room was. Being at the top of the steps near the entrance to the hotel made it quite the noisy place to sleep. Otherwise, it’s an affordable accommodation that’s close to all the good eats in Chinatown, the tram and a 25min walk to Union Station.

Me my wife and 2 year old daughter requested to keep our luggage upon making reservation due to early arrival but no one reply.When we call the property,the guy said only text and dropped the call,so we text and check whether we can leave our 2 small handcarry before check in they said it’s ok and took my ID and took us to another building.He went inside and come out upset and said to us our reservation is cancelled coz not prepaid for room charge.So I explain to him it was the option on Expedia that pay at the property but the guy refused to accept us and told us to check other places.We are there only for 2 days and with 2 yr old kid.It was really inconvenient so we asked him to call manager. He seems nice and sort it out quickly.It was around 1 pm so we left our luggage and went for lunch.At 3pm,we came back, my daughter was abit tired and didn’t wanna get out of stroller and cry,the same guy who refused to accept us told us your kid is crying and hope she will not wake other guest up.Next day we went to Niagra fall and come back tired want to get some rest. It was around 11:30 pm and there was loud noice coming from upstairs, constant hit sound.Around 1:30 am we called the number which is written on the entrance door and complained about the noice but nothing happened,still.So I went up the room and knocked, after awhile a guy come out n*ked and said it make sound on every moved and he can’t stop.so left the room at 3 am.Awful experience.

This is a well ran place for the price. Best location to downtown Toronto. Very clean and well maintained. This is a must stay. You won't be disappointed.

We were SO very impressed by the CLEanliness of this property, our room and our bathroom! Specially bc we didn’t pay more than $40 in all! It’s fairly close to the Co-Co-Collasium, and SUPER basic BUT EXTREMELY affordable. The check in was SLIGHTLY confusing, bc we had to ring for someone to come (we were not there at 3 o’clock check in) but after the property manager showed up, it was fairly smoothly. Make sure to have your drivers license or some kind of form of ID to check in We had one big flight of stairs to get up to our room But the mudroom the foyer, and our room in our bathroom were very clean. We were very impressed. For the price this is a extremely valuable place to stay We were going to see a concert at the Coca-Cola Colosseum, and knew that we wouldn’t be staying in our room very long only to sleep That’s exactly what we did and it’s exactly what we needed A basic double bed in a private room and a private bathroom The room also came with a bar fridge and microwave and an oscillating fan The only complaint that I had is that the bed only came with two flat pillows, and one blanket with a sheet It would’ve been nice to have a couple more pillows And if there is a shower, you should be offered shower towels and washcloth but all we could find was to hand towels and a foot towel We didn’t bother to ask for more, but maybe this is available to you and your stay. If we ever just need a place to sleep, we will be renting this place again.

Poor! Owner was not pleasant and unprofessional at all. We called when we arrived to check in he was mad that we couldn’t wait for 10 minutes. He hanged up on us because apparently another person’s on the other line when we told him we are literally outside in a cold cold day, and it was 7:30PM at that time which was way past check in time. He came out with his shirt halfway buttoned and we could see his belly, and we find that very unprofessional and inappropriate! At around 11:30 he came back and told us he is going at the basement to yell at one of the tenants because they kept leaving the bathroom door open, and mind you we can hear all the commotion on the 2nd floor…the basement is a shared bathroom space apparently. We booked a private bathroom so we are good! But most importantly expedia initially notified us that our booking was confirmed and to pay at the property for 84CAD, the man however charged us 104CAD without any explanation. We didn’t asked or complain because he claimed that he’s in a hurry because people are on the phone etc…

Great space.. great location.. even greater staff who work so hard to keep the buildings clean. This is a perfect spot for the amount you pay for downtown Toronto. This is a must stay if your looking for a reasonable rate at a good location!!

This is a great location for the price. It is very clean and it is relatively quiet. The staff are very friendly and make the stay even more enjoyable!! I would recommend this place to anyone. You won't be disappointed..

It’s clean and different from other Motels. I feel/felt at home. It’s quite and nice . I just wish they had a small microwave or electric kettle . Just suggesting but overall it’s a good place to be. I will continue booking with them

So I would stay there again. It’s not perfect but it’s right where I like to be in Toronto. The room was clean. It was a little confusing on check in. But again once I was checked in, everything was good.

Decent room, friendly staff. Clean. Very convenient location and hassle free. Overall positive experience, if they added a kettle for hot water to make tea, a few extra clean blankets and towels would be perfect. Other than that great place for someone on a budget. Perfect location!!! Love this part of Toronto!

Couldn't think of better location! Not far to many landmarks. Canada Sign, Younge-Dundas Square, to places to eat. My room with private bathroom and shower was very cosy, clean, warm. I immensely enjoyed my stay. Would love to stay again when I am in town.
