"Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, and convenient from Komatsu Station."

"Other than an isolated experience with one staff member, the rest of this staff and every other aspect of the stay was exceptional. Corporate was extremely responsive to my situation. I would stay here again."

"This place was absolutely wonderful. I wish I’d found it sooner. After a tiny hotel room in Osaka this was an amazing, luxurious room. I loved it. If I ever return this is the type of place I will focus on finding here."

"Super friendly and helpful staff which catered for all my dietary requirements."

"Close to airport via a taxi ride. Very comfortable room! Has a very nice onsen. Would need to take a taxi to get anyplace"

"A beautiful place and a real honour to stay here as a westerner. Robes and amenities were provided and the baths were excellent including an outdoor area. Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcomed. There was even a mini stamp rally around the building which was great for us and our teen child to explore. "Large bathroom, close to a train station. Good"

"Affordable stay at this hotel. "

"Great"

"Many amenities such as an option of breakfast buffet and an access of hot spa. "
