Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, everywhere in the historic heart of Bursa was within a 30 minute walk, and there is a direct light rail to the bus station nearby. "Hotel is extremely well located, with the hustle and bustle of Bursa life right on the doorstep. Unfortunately, that’s all it has going for it. The room was not clean, with visible build-up of dirt, and the linen was worn with holes. The bathroom was very dated and uninviting to shower in. The images do not reflect reality. Staff were somewhat helpful but appeared unhappy. Breakfast was fresh, but the dining experience was dismal—broken chairs and furnishings that looked 40 years old. I would have rated it higher if the price matched the standard of the hotel."
