Her şeyi beğendim: oda temiz, düzenli ve şıktı. Duş iyiydi, çarşaflar hoş kokuyordu. Minibar ve atıştırmalıkların ödemesini yapabilme imkânı olması da güzeldi. Tek olumsuz nokta, yatağın/matrasın biraz fazla yumuşak olmasıydı. Blackout perdeler çok iyiydi; odada gündüz de gece kadar karanlık oluyordu. Kahvaltı da güzeldi.

Park etmek için otelin önünde duracak yer yok. Arabamı kaldırıma park edip bırakmışlardı ve otelin arkasında olan otopark da ilginç bir yerdi. Otelin her yeri halı ile kaplanmış ve hijyenik değil. Yatak ve oda pisti odanın içerisinde küllük var ama balkon yok. İçerde sigara mı içiliyordu?

Everything was perfect from the entrance to the exit, the hotel staff were very caring and helpful, we left very satisfied, special thank for receptionist Mrs. EROL BILGINER and Mr. GIZEM DEMIR for their kind and warm wellcoming. Breakfast was very good as well as location.

This is a perfect hotel. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was so nice. The room room was very comfortable and clean. I made a mistake with my booking but the staff was so kind and fixed everything for us. They are very helpful and accomadating. I highly recommend thjs hotel.

Amazing and well priced!

Very pleased with the service and what you get for your money. The room and bathroom were super clean, and the breakfast was so delicious and all you can eat buffet with a good variety of fresh fruits, veggies, cereal, protein, dairy and even soup! It would have been nice to have the “filtre kahve” option instead of the Nescafé machine but all good. But again, the price you pay for this hotel is very convenient compared to all other options in the region. Most hotels in the city center are overpriced and far from clean. We walked for 3 hours visiting hotels before booking and Grand Turkuaz is by far the best option in the price range.
