Thermal waters were amazing. The pool under the hotel is filled with natural thermal waters that is rich in minerals and very warm which is good for blood circulation and cardiovascular health I read.

Ceyda at customer service really didn’t have much experience or understand about Expedia and VIP services. Rooms are pretty dark and the hallways way too dark. Thermal spa was pack and the pool size is small. Only thing about the room I like was the rainforest shower head was awesome.
