「No hot water, no breakfast, no hair dryer, other things are ok」

「The property was great but I was traveling and it took me over 45 minutes to check in the communication between Expedia and the hotel was not adequate. It took forever. I was tired and cranky. Once we got checked in everything was fine but it took a long time the hotel did not have our reservation.」

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「Very clean property and extremely kind and helpful staff. This is hotel is perfectly located to walk to most destinations. Also appreciated that it was very quiet in the rooms and having a free airport shuttle was a plus.」

「It is a continental breakfast, but you can make pancakes with the pancake machine. It is cereal, coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, and pancakes as I said. The place needs a little refurbishing, but don’t we all so that’s not a big deal.」
