「The staffs are indifferent and unfriendly. The shuttle bus is convenient and the driver is very nice. The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. If I have the chance to visit Salt Lake again, I will definitely not stay in this hotel again.」

「The friendly staff and hospitality was the best of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. Leo was so diligent making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was well run and plentiful. 「I didn’t like the price. I just needed a place to sleep for a night. I didn’t need all the amenities like the pool or breakfast. It’s all extremely nice and clean and everyone is friendly but I would give all that up for a more affordable price. Just saying.」
