「Rooms ok, although avoid 201 we asked to be moved as only a skylight no opening windows and no AC. Ended up in 208 over looking the road. Tables in bar and restaurant were sticky as were the floors in both. Breakfast at £12.50 was OK, didn't rate the sausages, everything else was OK.. Staff were very friendly and helpful, quick and easy change of room.」

「We were on the first floor so the window was so high up you couldn’t see out of it. The quilt cover was ripped at the top and had been put on inside out. The shower was ok but no instruction for use were anywhere to be seen. Staff were very helpful. It was a bit noisy at night as sound proofing isn’t amazing but good enough. 「Lovely place to stay and staff were so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyd the hearty breakfast. The location is great to travel by train in to Cardiff city centre. We will return and hopefully arrive earlier to fit in an evening meal - menu looked good.」
