The room was just like any business hotel room. It was clean but definitely dated in some places. Breakfast buffet was great. Free refreshments. Onsen was great. I added breakfast by paying extra when i made this reservation, but at the check in, I was told that it's not included. In the end all was fine.

Staff was nice however the rooms were very musty and old, the toilet was broken like the seat comes right off; the shower hasn’t looked like it’s been cleaned in years maybe decades wouldn’t recommend this hotel
