「I loved the decor in the room, it was clean. The staff were nice, the location was perfect as it was centralized to many of the restaurants and shops and it was walkable. 」

「We stayed in the junior suite. It was roomy and had a cute little balcony overlooking a canal. We ordered breakfast to have on the balcony and it was quite a treat. I cannot say enough about Giuliani, he was always willing to help and answer questions. Highly recommend!」

「The location of the hotel is very convince located near San Marco water bus station, and walking distance from train station (we did walk pleasantly from there to the train station). It is a small hotel with history, but the room is not small at all, and is very clean. Caterina is a very nice lady, she showed the place of the hotel in person and answered all the questions that we asked. We definitely will stay this hotel again.」

「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」

「Perfect location to explore all of Venice, we never had to take a ferry and were able to walk everywhere due to being well-positioned between the two bridges. Great, clean room with some nice touches and really friendly, welcoming staff. Highly recommend!」
