地點超好，出火車站走3分鐘就到了! 櫃台態度很好，還會幫忙提行李! 需要什麼都會幫忙! 房間和浴室都算大間的，住起來很舒適! 在外住過很多hotel、hostel、B&B，很少遇到下次還會想再去住的，這間就是!推!

The staff here was absolutely amazing. They were checking in with me several times on What’s App to make sure my stay was going well, the lady at the front was very helpful with guidance to get around. The only slight blemish is that they don’t have a front attendant evenings and mornings but it’s a 5 star for me!

Spacious room, comfortable and clean. Friendly common area and near water bus stop and main attractions. Restaurants and shopping areas also very accesible. Just little space in the bathroom for hanging and putting our toiletries.

Still in the heart of Venice yet far enough that you don't hear the noise of crowds. At first it was a bit tricky to find the hotel as it was quite hidden and Google maps didn't make it easy. Upon entering our room, we noticed several dead bugs squashed on the walls and the curtains. We had a rough time getting sleep as there were over 10 bugs pestering us throughout the night. We had to get rid of them ourselves and were unsure of where they were coming from as all windows were closed. The space was very tight for the two of us and we could barely keep our luggage's open without tripping on them. There are no elevators and the stairs to the rooms are very steep. Although we were aware that Venice can be expensive, we did not feel that the amount of money we paid for the room was worth our stay.

My toilet did not flush at all and the room smelled like sewage. There was no one at reception to report it to - I tried to call the number that is listed on Google but it did not work. They could not move me to another room as it was fully booked so I had to sleep in a room with a toilet that does not flush which made it obviously more smelly.

There are no staff on site except on your arrival day. We were in Room 4 and I would say it was very snug. We had 6 inches each side if the bed which was not really enough. There were no drawers for clothes and the only hanging space was above the coffee machine and would only hang half length clothes. It is however only 4 minutes from St Marks Square, so a fabulous position. It was quiet, off the main passageway. If we went again I would book a superior room with more space. It was clean and the public areas kept nicely. We had cleaners every day and small bottles of toiletries and coffee pods were provided.
