It was terrible no house keeping etc, asking people to pay extra for some towels.
Expedia is also responsible for not able to highlight their booking properly in customer page.
They were not polite enough, like other japanese accommodations.
There was a stinky smell in the room, there was mould.
The bathroom was just too small, even smaller than many other 2 star or 3 star properties in Japan.
I would certainly say stay way from such a hotel.
