Wish there is consistency as far as hotel room reservation. We stayed in the hotel for two nights and returned for extended stay for another three nights after 5 days away. We were offered a much smaller room was given even we made reservations in Feb. we wish the hotel would be more considerate giving the same size room to customers instead making us disappointed at the end of the trip.

Service is great. I love those cards showing points of interest and restaurants to eat instead of searching online. Those cards are adorable and I left comment cards in the album as well; love the idea!!! Laundry experience was great and I shared with my friends in LA. Love everything about this hotel!!!

JEFFERSON, LAKE ELSINORE

The monorail and the Rinkai line connects you easily to many spots in Tokyo. But I like how it’s distant enough to not feel too crowded. There’s also a free shuttle bus to and from Shinagawa station which was really convenient. Breakfast options were great as well.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Located right by local buses and train stations. Grocery and 7-11 very close. The place could use some touch-ups and a facelift. New towels are hung in a plastic bag on your door, and you bring towels and garbage out. Breakfast is not great. People in rooms down the hall were smoking so the entire hallway smelled. You can hear your neighbor’s phone alarms go off. Good luck getting a good night’s rest.

With a 7-11 and AEON supermarket close by. There are only few restaurants. Microwave available. Regular shuttle bus to JR Shinagawa. Easy access to Yokohama and Haneda airport. Basic breakfast with containers for people to take away. Nice DHC skin care set. Super quick check in and check out.

The hotel is a bit far off from station, but luckily the hotel has connected shuttle to station. Breakfast here although is free but food seems to be quickly rundown and the replenishment seems to be not able to catch up. I think if hotel were to provide free breakfast, it should be better managed. it was a bit chaotic for the extremely long line and seeing all trays were empty after lining up for long time.

Great location to three stations and easy trip to Haneda via monorail or subway. Staff was courteous and free breakfast buffet was solid. Rooms are small but perfect for somone who is just sleeping and spending most of their time exploring. Shinagawa is a family friendly neighborhood right next to the waterwaus so hreay stay.

Easy location from airport, convenient
Clean, basic hotel provision. Everything I needed for a short stop over. Bed was quite hard but not uncomfortable. Very convenient and easy to get to from the airport. Breakfast offering was good and they even include take away boxes so you can bag some up for later. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with convenient access to public transit. Breakfast was delicious! Nice and very helpful staff! My son left his contact lens solution behind and when we returned a few days later the staff gave it back to him! Totally unexpected! Close to 7-11 for snacks and food! Loved it!

Check-In was seamless and no need of human intervention. A fantastic receptionist helped me thru the first time. Room keys and room # were spitting out by a machine. Smart.

Very basic hotel. Dark, small rooms with tiny bathrooms. Very few elevators for the number of rooms and breakfast was very crowded and very basic. Quite a few school groups and tourist groups. One good thing is a shuttle service between the hotel and the Shinagawa station though it is not easy to find.

Stayed there for 17 nights. Great to have breakfast every morning. Close to Tennozu Isle station which is on the Tokyo monorail. If you have a Jrail pass, it works for this station. We used this to get around. Very good facilities like laundry and luggage storage at the hotel. Overall a very good stay!

Great budget friendly hotel
Great budget friendly option. Not amazingly close to any larger station, but good enough for us. Great breakfast buffet!
