It's a nice hotel and the public bath is a nice amenity if you've spent all day walking. The room was bigger compared to Tokyo's hotels standards. My only complain is that my shower had a weird smell and we had to leave the door open to air it out. I didn't bother complaining because I was only staying one night.

Modern clean hotel. Pleasant breakfast/ bar area. Rooms are (very) small with no storage apart from a couple of hooks. Bathrooms clean and work well. Staff friendly. Gym has cardio and a single mat, no weights or weight machines. Didn't try the onsen.

Quality hotel. We had a superior twin room. Pros: - One of the larger hotel rooms I've had in Tokyo, with a sizable tub - Cleaner comes in the moment I left the hotel room for the day and it's done within 2 hours - Public hot bath on level 2 (this is not hot spring water) - Located on the quieter part of Ginza, noting there's a construction site right across the street - There are several Lawson, FamilyMart around Cons: - Located away from the main Ginza station (circa 10-15mins away) - The closest subway, Higashi-ginza, does not have an elevator, and each platform has its own exit/entry

Room was super comfortable even though it was small. The public bath was great. Checkin was easy and check out was even easier. well worth the price. super close to JR train station and Asakusa subway station.

The hotel is modern and clean, however the room was very small despite getting the Deluxe Double which is one of the large rooms available. Staff were helpful, the toilet and bath in the room were brilliant. We had a coffee in the bar which again was great service. The room would be a great size for a solo traveler, but for 2 nights it was a tight squeeze for 2 adults with luggage which is why the lower rating. Also, the aircon controller was positioned directly opposite the bed so we kept waking up cause of the green light on it and had to cover it with a shirt as we could not locate a way to turn off the light but keep the air con on.

Excellent location, great customer service, and easy check-in and check-out. Closest JR station is a 10 min walk away. Closest metro station is a 4 min walk away. There is a coin washer/dryer on the second floor, but it is recommended to only do light loads sjnce the machines are a bit small. Toilettries are available to take if you're missung something. Luggage transportation to another hotel is available if you don't want to travel with luggages throughout the day and you're heading out to another city. Be mindful of the timing for delivery though. If you request it at check out and you are leaving for Osaka or Kyoto, it will arrive the next day.

This place is a perfect location if you want to shop in the luxury Ginza area. Please remember Tokyo hotels tend to be compact, so do not expect the room to be large.

Loved this location and hotel, loved the cafe at the first floor there was a train station really close by along with Family Marts. They had AC that was functioning and that made a huge difference in our comfort! It was a nice building with great amenities

The hotel room is filthy, and my daughters spotted a stain on the bed! The personnel are unfriendly, and one of the front desk workers always has a long face and is impatient when we ask for information. Also, when we checked out that day and asked if we could leave our luggage for an hour for breakfast before travelling to the airport, the hostile male staff had an attitude that he didn't like it! I understand that many hotels provide essential services. Also, the rooms smell odd and are not clean or fresh; most importantly, our rooms are so dark that I felt I was trapped and no escape ! I almost wanted to leave the next day, but I had purchased the rooms, and there was no refund, so I had no choice but to stay there! So far, I've stayed in many different hotels in Japan, and this is by far the worst. I think calling them a hotel is misleading; they should be classified as a guest hotel! Anyways, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone 😔

The location was great and area walkable. The staff of the hotel did not speak english and were a bit rude. They did not let you drink or eat anything on the common areas (e.g lobby) that was not bought from the hotel. I believe this was our right as we are paying the hotel and they should have a common area where we can sit down and eat or chat without being kicked out. The room did not have a table or chairs so where are we suppose to eat snacks or anything ? Staff did not want to help or took the time to explain why. The gym only had 3 machines for cardio? but did not have any weights or mats. Breakfast was okay - same food every day. Not many options. Beds were comfortable but they should provide pillows of different styles. Overall okay but extremely expensive for what it is.

The toilet stopped working around 11pm and we couldn’t get a new room till after midnight .. But somehow they gave us a even smaller room which we had a table and chair in the old room. And we didn’t even have enough space to open my suitcase in the new room :( but it was so late I didn’t want to ask for another room

Small rooms but loved the vibe of hotel with friendly staff & guests. Walkable to metro & convenient for Ginza attractions just a block or two away. Great spot for easy transfer into Haneda airport. Would definitely return. Thank you.
