We had some confusion about meals we ordered at check in. We may have misunderstood the plan, but restaurant personnel were patient in clarifying it for us!

I liked everything from the convenient location within the airport,, the wonderful, loving, courteous staff, the peace and quiet within the hotel room, the wonderful bath, and the incredible restaurant to the picturesque globe/ front entrance area fit for a King and Queen. ☆☆☆☆☆

Perfect option if you have an early morning departure from Haneda Terminal 3, just minutes walk away from departures as it’s next to it. Very comfortable and restful.

Can't beat the location. Even though our next day flight was in Terminal 2, the terminal shuttle bus was extremely convenient. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. After 2 weeks in Japan I had a hankering for pizza and was surprised to find their pizza quite good. Checkin process was somewhat annoying with guests required to input all their information on a touchscreen (why do they need my home address? Its a mandatory field) Why type in my passport number and scan my passport both? But aside from that it's a highly recommended hotel for a stress-free next morning flight.

This was an incredibly convenient place to stay for our last night in Tokyo. Staff is amazing, the room and the property is very clean, and the restaurant was very nice to have so close. The morning buffet breakfast was phenomenal. The only request I would make is in the directions on how to get there. We struggled finding the hotel. It is on the third floor of Terminal 3 near the departures. We did not see that mentioned anywhere. This is a great place to stay.

Location of the hotel in relation to proximity in the airport. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get get a refund because of changes on the plan that is beyond my concern although we didn't stay pretty much in the room( /- an hour).

I like the place for its great location (easy access to eateries opening around the clock at weekend), friendly staff, efficient check-in and check out processes. The room is clean and spacious too.

Good place to stay overnight. Custmer service is good. Room small no hot coffee or tea . For room type ,hotel price is too high.. Hard part going through immigration, just to stay in the hotel is very inconvenient. I just neededthe transit hotel.hard for older customer to wait in long line to go through security and immigration.

Conveniently located in Haneda Airport's Terminal 3 with plenty of shopping and small neighborhood-Iike restaurants in the same buildng. Makes for a good reason to get to the airport from Tokyo or Kyoto the day before for your international flight.

Much better than the Villa Fontaine. If you want to avoid the crowds at a giant hotel but looking for a comfortable accommodation, this is the one. I’ve stayed both and will choose the Royal.

We chose to stay here for 1 night as we arrived late at night and unfamiliar with Japan. So glad we chose to stay there. The room was quiet, clean, & spacious. Breakfast downstairs was convenient to start the day. The amenities were good.
