The hotel room was superb - well appointed, spacious and very clean. Hotel is very well located - right in the middle of Ginza and on top of a metro station. Lots of fantastic food options around the hotel also. Staff seemed a little impersonal but that may be due to language barrier or may be Japanese custom (is our first hotel in Japan). Overall we loved this hotel and would stay again

Wow, way nicer than I expected. This is a very classy hotel. Perfect location, polite staff, great view of the hustle and bustle of the city from the rooftop patio area. Just book it!

Staff were excellent. Many spoke English. Location was amazing. Lots to see and experience in surrounding area. Could not have made a better choice. Having just spent 4 days prior at another really nice 5 star hotel I found that prefer the Gate better. Subway is close Location is quiet highly recommend .

Modern, well managed and maintained. Clean and quiet. Subway entrance steps from hotel entrance. Conveniently located and highly walkable. Only downside was limited dining menu, but there are many good restaurants close by. I would stay here again.

Well located near main main Tokyo station, right by Ginza subway station and so access to lots of attractions easily. Modern hotel with good facilities. Breakfast was very good as was service throughout. Stayed in a corner room which is well worth the upgrade as get more room and better view.

Great location, but rooms are not maintained to the highest standard. There was a stain on bed covering, a burnt mark on a cushion and some rubber molding breakage in the bathroom

Ideal location for a shirt stay in Tokyo. Perfect place to stay if you need to use the metro during your stay. Had the best night sleep on the beds in the room. Highly recommend.

Great Hotel & Great Location
Phenomenal hotel and a wonderful location within Tokyo. Right next to Ginza Station, it makes getting around easy. The hotel itself is beautiful with large rooms and modern amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!

I'd like to phrase whoever cleaned our room during our stay. It was extremely attention to detail in every area and the room was clean after each clean. The cleaner there really knows how to do his or her job well.

Amazing location and just next to Ginza metro line which is a huge plus. Breakfast was great thou would prefer to have choices of Japanese food to choose from as well and not just western ones. Great hotel overall and much better mattress we have had in our 4 weeks touring around Japan. Staff were very helpful.

Hidden gem in Ginza/Yurakucho
Modern hotel with chic design conveniently located in the middle of Ginza and Yurakucho areas. Rooms are quite spacious with nice views. Fitness facility available onsite. Lobby is a place to relax and unwind with an outdoor area to bask in the sun. Tokyo Metro station is just beside the hotel. Shopping areas and restaurants abound. Would definitely come back.

We would stay here again! There is access to Ginza Station directly below the hotel by taking an elevator, which was very convenient for traveling around Tokyo as first time visitors. The staff was very friendly. Our corner bedroom had a fantastic view of the city. We loved the busy neighborhood and found it very easy to find restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Our only minor compliant was the bed in our room was a bit firm. We were pleasantly surprised by the lounge access provided with our corner room. The rooftop lounge is small but has a great view of the city. Great hotel in Ginza!
