I used this hotel for the second time. I felt just like the first time that the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel is very convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation.

My husband and I stayed in a twin room, and were very happy with our experience! The room had more space than we expected, with the table and bench being a nice added feature. I was a bit worried about the timed water in the shower after reading other reviews, but in reality this wasn't an issue for us at all as we got used to the timing quickly and realized you can easily have it go consistently by proactively hitting the button before it stops. Our favorite feature by far was the luggage lockers! This was a HUGE life saver for early arrival and late departure. This allowed us to freely go out and eat with the extra time we had, without the responsibility of pulling around a ton of luggage! We also loved the convenience of having a plethora of restuarants, a supermarket, starbucks, and convenience stores in and around the building!

Beautiful interior of hotel. Clean and very efficient -has magnitized signs for you to choose cleaning fully, half cleaning (towels replaced but no entering room) and no interruption. Friendly and good customer service. Large bath tub with amenities. The Japanese breakfast was a good bargain and you get a lot. It was very easy access to all top shopping areas: Muji, Loft, miscellaneous delicious delicacies and desserts, etc.

I only stayed for two days, but there are a lot of food places in the immediate area and it's right in front of an entrance to Ōimachi Station. The wi-fi was also extremely fast in my room (around 96 mbps download).

The young staff are all very kind but one of the old men was just plain arrogant. He is not at all understanding and accommodating to guest’s needs and concerns.

The hotel room was very old and small. Torn wall paper, dirty carpet There was no room to walk around without stepping over luggages (Closets were tiny to store bags and located in areas hard to access) Room required card key to use power. The counter by the refrigerator had this tiny gap where when small object like money, jewelry, even important things like travel doc or wallet can get stuck a behind a built-in to the wall furniture. (luckily we only lost several coins, but this would have been worse) They should add like a mesh in that gap to prevent objects frim falling down there. Self service baggage service was nice. (Felt hotel should at least check who is using this service because anyone can access it and the hotel is very close to the train station) Eco friendly house keeping option also offered free water bottles service was nice too. Discount ticket to the public bath was nice.

I stayed here many times. For me, the transport is very convenient. And the rest is very good too especially the storage facilities. I would like to mention seriously this time, when I got into the storage room one afternoon, I found a family of 3 members: a lady, a man, and a kid. They open their 2 big suitcases right in the middle of the corridor, and with their stuff everywhere on the floor. These everything block your way to approach to your lockers. Their behavior is so inconsiderate and is just bring shame on their country. Please behave and don't do it again !

I stayed this Hotel many times. This time I booked single room and the room size is acceptable if you don't have much luggage. This time I found it's difficult to get a storage locker. Luckily I got the last one. I wonder how if I can't get one! I can see Mt fuji from my room, and sunset Mt. Fuji view is so beautiful ! But it's too bad the window was very dirty and the window couldn't be opened. So the pictures I took full of dirts ;(

This hotel is really clean and comfortable. The hotel has a public bath which is open until 2am. The location is very close to the station, which is one stop from Shinagawa station.

I loved the stay at this hotel. Found a lot of dining options and cafes. Easy access to major places such as Shinjuku and Shibuya. The rooms was very clean and staffs are very helpful. The highlight was that the people staying in the hotel gets discount rate for super sento( big spa with hot tubs).

Great Location, Terrible Hotel Room
There were only 2 positives about this hotel. The location was amazing. Also, they let you self-store your luggage in a room for 24 before and after your stay if needed. Everything else was awful. I was given a room in another part of the building. The room looked old, worn, and dirty. I was afraid to use the towels because they looked dirty. The tissues smelled like cigarette smoke. In the morning, I saw a live cockroach walking along the wall next to sitting area of my room. I will not be staying here again.

I stayed there for about 3 times, every time is very good about the room comfort and cleanliness. But this time I would like to point out 3 parts for some more improvement: 1. the check in time can be more flexible. As I got here at about 07:00 and no guest in the checkin lobby, but when I came back at 14:50 there were over 40 people queuing for check in, maybe they can consider 14:00 as the check in time, 2. the fabric for the quilt cover is actually for curtains use, so it's not comfortable for sleeping and always dropped onto the floor, 3. I booked a twin room, one of the quilt had a strong smell like kind of ointment smell, did they also clean the quilt ? Lastly, they have improved their luggage storage facility to a very moden and convenient standard, and I can't reject to give 5 stars for this improvement.

Very convenient access from stations, stores and dinings around. Locker is huge it can hold many luggages. Bug bonus is the access to the nice baths and saunas in the same building.

The location of the hotel is superb. It is just opposite of Oimachi train station and plenty of eatery and shopping within walking distance. Hotel is new and clean. The size of room is acceptable considering hotel rooms in Tokyo are typically smaller. Amenities are good. Only thing is missing is an iron. They provide a flat board iron which is installed on the wall but it is not hot and can only be used for trousers. Room service was good however I did not ask for it on second day but the cleaner still entered and made the bed (suppose to enter only when cleaning sign is displayed at door). One complain is there is no one at front desk in the midnight. I called for help because there were guest got drunk and making a lot of noise at the hallway but no one pick up the calls. Otherwise everything was good.
