Very Clean Property & Secured Safety. We Enjoyed Our Stay and will Recommend it to other friends. The Hotel very convenient to 7/11 Family Mart and Morishita Shibuya Stations. We Will Come back and loves to stay again Motel Gate Morishita. Daughter said lets go back here again I Love the place. Thank You We Enjoyed Our Stay Travel Trips to Japan for 5 Days:)

The communication was excellent. All the instructions to get the key were laid out perfectly in easy to follow instructions on the PDF. Extra bedding was provided, and the place itself was equipped nicely, we really appreciated the washing machine and drying function in the shower/bath room.
