The only reason for my low rating is the cleanliness. The rooms are soooo dusty! You can see a thick layer of dust on the blinds. My entire family (allergic to dust) had to live on allergy medication the entire stay because it was just so dusty on the blinds and in the vents. They really need to do a better job on cleaning the hotel.

The toilet room was a little tight. The lady at the front desk had limited English but was still very helpful. It was a convenient location.

Room was great- nice to have washer/dryer and microwave and toaster oven in room. We had 4 adults and had enough room for everyone. Area was quiet but was walking distance to plenty of restaurants and Tokyo Tower

Clean, quiet and spacious room. Close to the train stations. Staff was very nice. I didn't like the washer/dryer combo. I could never get my clothes to dry completely.

This place was lovely. Quiet so we got a decent nights sleep after a big day of travel. The kids loved the bunk beds. They supplied everything we could need for our stay. The front staff we helpful and very welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality.

This is a very convenient place to stay for visiting Tokyo. It's in a relatively quiet location, but within very easy walking distance to some major transport hubs like Daimon station. It's also very close to the Tokyo Tower and the interesting park around it. We arrived at around 10am on the day of check in to drop our bags and we were expecting to have to return at 3pm check in time. But to my surprise they let us in the room early for no charge which was super awesome and super nice! I was travelling with a young family so this was a great relief. The entire week we were there felt safe and while we were there it felt as though this was our own apartment in Tokyo. The staff at the front helped us order taxis and were always approachable. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Overall, a great place to stay for a family-size room. The layout of the room seems spacious, with a small kitchenette. Very clean. Location is close to Daimon subway station where Tokyo Tower is which was very convenient to get anywhere. It was only about 15mins to get to the popular Tokyo Station area, or Ginza, or Tsukiji Market. Only minor issue we had was the hot water for shower took a while at times to get hot so had to run it for a while even after having the heater on for a while.

The staffs are extremely friendly. The unit we stayed had a kitchen, washer/dryer, etc, which we wouldn’t expect in a usual hotel room. I first thought we wouldn’t be using any of them, but we ended up using most of the facilities available. If you’re traveling in summer, having a washer in unit is super helpful! I would stay here again.

Close to major stations-9 minutes to Hamamatsucho, 5 minutes to Daimon, and 3 minutes to Onarimon stations. Very quiet with no noises from surroundings. Spacious enough for 4 people. Sofa bed is comfortable, but the upper bank bed was squeaky. Only two suites on each floor. Elevator operates quidkly.

Great Experience
First time in Japan and we, family of 4, chose this hotel for our stay in Tokyo. Hotel was clean and we really love the convenience of the kitchenette and dining area. They also have a Balmuda Toaster (back at home this cost a few hundred USD $$$)! Hotel have a washer/dryer so that was great! Staff was awesome, and they try to be as helpful as possible even with the language barrier but we use google translate when we have questions. There is a Family Mart at the end of the block on the Left when exiting the hotel and 7-Eleven 1 block away from FM after turning Left so it was very convenient to buy water and breakfast. We usually buy it the night before so in the morning we can just heat up the food for the kids without having to make a trip out there. Their door have the code lock system and the building also have a code lock system at 12am-5am(?), so we felt safe. Hotel also have extra sheets, blankets and pillows hidden away in pull put draws under the sofa for the bunk bed. The only thing not so great was that because the big bed is two twins combined together, you can feel the edge of each bed so it was not comfortable for those who plans on sleeping in the middle. I did have to put a sheet/hotel PJs to lay on top so my kid can sleep there. Overall we had a great experience, this hotel is within walking distance to Hamamatsuchō Station. Would definitely recommend this! Dont mind the messiness since I literally took the photos right before I checked out!

大門駅から歩いて5分、どこに行くにもとても便利でした。お部屋も綺麗で常備品もなんでも揃っていました。ホテルのスタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。チェエクアウトした際、うっかり忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、すぐに連絡をいただきました。本当にありがとうございました。ちょっと宿泊代が高かったですが家族やお友達と泊まる時にはまた泊まりたいと思います。

The MONday Apartment in Shinjuku was clean, close to public transit and staff was friendly. The only few changes I would make would be to have thicker, more comfortable mattresses for the bunk beds and have a drying room instead of an all-in-one washer/dryer. The dryer did not dry clothes well and the machine was overall hard to figure out how to use. It is a cute hotel that I would stay in again.

Good sized apartment (particularly by Tokyo standards). It's a relatively flat walk to two nearby stations, which was a boon. The area nearby is a business type district and has some restaurant options but isn't the most exciting. But it's easy enough to travel to somewhere more bustling if you wish. Staff at reception were friendly and check in and out very straight forward.

Great place to stay! This location was perfect for our arrival to Tokyo. Small, quiet streets, but close to subway stations, restaurants, temples, Tokyo tower, the harbour, etc. Room was very comfortable in terms of amenities, bedding, etc. Great bathroom with washer/dryer and fab shower. The only thing is we booked on Expedia as a family of 5 as it came up as an option for 2 adults and 3 kids. We thought maybe the bottom bunk was a double and would fit 2 kids. This is not a room for 5 people. All four beds are twins. We managed to make it work with the 2 twins pushed together where 3 of us would sleep, but not ideal. Thankfully we were tired from the flight and exploring Tokyo all day every day, so slept well regardless! We tried to ask about it at front desk and was told rooms are only for 4 people, so not sure why it is offered for 5 on booking engines. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel and are still happy we booked it!
