Other reviews mentioned how great it was to be so close to the train station, but I didn’t find it enjoyable. Very noisy and high street traffic— walking and cars. Lots of construction in the area. Front desk was kind, but we didn’t always understand each other. Love the amenities. Room was clean. Shower was clean, but I was unsure how to use it. There was no a/c- the fan doesn’t blow, just moves air in the room. We don’t suffer, just wanted it a little cooler, since windows were shut.

Japanese hotels are always well prepared - they offer many amenities (toothbrush, razor, shampoo, conditioner, etc) and this hotel is no exception. I have stayed here before and will stay again. Thank you!

The price and location are fantastic; however. the rooms are not very clean. I had to wipe the counters for dust when I arrived and rinsed the tub out before using it.

Comfortable Stay
This was an excellent hotel that was difficult to find at first — it is next to Outback Restaurant. It is about 5 minute walk from the station. The room has a decent size bathroom and you get two breakfast coupon which were used for delicious Japanese breakfast next door. Personally, I think it was a better value than Toyoko Inn.

Good hotel clean very friendly staff. Breakfast set was very good plenty to eat. It was a was as short 10 minute walk from the Shinagawa train transportation center.

Free gift for ladies (either bath salt, steaming eye mask, or muscle patches) - Great amenities - including free mouthwash Cons: - Toilet and room doesn't seem to ventilate very well - Rooms a bit small But definitely the price was great. I would have liked to stay at the prince hotel but it was too expensive in December. This was a good alternative. They also do luggage storage if you do overnight trips out of Tokyo. Shinagawa is also a great location to stay if you are travelling out of Tokyo (very accessible to both Haneda and Narita airport, and a main shinkansen station/on the Yamanote Line) There is also a coin washing machine to do a laundry

I did my laundry with small. This includes 50min wash and 50min dry. But after finished, my laundry was still wet, so I did only dry for 30min, but still it was wet. And it's time to check out. I had to pack my cloth with not dry completely. I can't.believe my cloth is not dry enough after total 80min dryer.
