Hotel is central to major transportation systems and to many shops. Very convenient. The only odd thing was that my friend had an odd sensitivity to the air (and got worse with the purifier turned on) - not sure what that is about but it happened three nights in a row. Or else, the hotel property would have gotten 5 stars. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

It's close to Shinjuku station and two big department stores: Lumine and Keio. All within several minutes walking distance. Breakfast quality in the hotel is good. They are Japanese and Western styles food.

Clean. Quiet. Right next to Shinjuku station and all the stores and restaurants around it. Very convenient and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful with luggage service to our next destination.

This is a great hotel in an excellent location - right next to Shinjuku station, but on a quiet side street that was never busy or noisy. It was very easy to get around Tokyo from this location. The hotel itself is well decorated, including a very stylish lobby. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and polite and they spoke good English. Our room was very comfortable - a little on the small side, but that's typical for Japanese hotel rooms, and it was still perfectly adequate for us. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well, and we weren't disturbed by any noise during our stay. The bathroom was clean and fine, if slightly more old fashioned than the rest of the hotel. It was nice to have the option of a bath as well as a shower though. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

As a solo traveler, I find the proximity of the hotel to shinjuku station to be wonderful. Staff were great and super helpful. The room is a good size for a single traveler but the bath tub inside the bathroom needs to be replaced, it feels flimsy when you stand in the tub, it makes a hollow popping sound when you step out of the tub and there seems to be mold growing around the gap from tub to the walls around it. And there were visible dusts near the walls around the AC/vent.

Excellent location. 3-4 min walk to JR station. Super convenient. Lawson/McDonald’s/7-11 downstairs. Eating options a plenty. The hotel room is a good size for Tokyo. Staff is friendly. Safe and key card only access after dark. The room and bathroom is a little dated. The water pressure could be better but the water is super hot so it’s great for winter. Good large soaking tub.
