Very friendly staff, clean hotel, enjoyed the complementary drinks (water, juices, vegetable juices, hot and iced coffee varieties, teas) and snacks in the lobby. The rooms were slightly smaller than expected so it was difficult with large luggage, but we managed.

We stayed there for four nights. The room was very dark and small and there were spots that weren't very clean. However, their amenities were of very good quality and the bed was comfortable. Expensive but it is very close to Tokyo station/Ginza and walking distance from Tokyo tower. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. Their free breakfast bread was nice - we were given three bread each every day with free drinks available all day at the lobby. Wish they take more care in cleaning the room and washing machines.
