The premium floors (16-20) have an amazing view! You cannot access the balcony for safety reasons but it is still well worth it. Room is spacious and very clean. Shower & Bathtub are separated & there's a door separating them from the toilet itself which is great if you are staying with others. Premium or deluxe option have full fridge and microwave as well as a foot massager!

The area that the hotel is in is wonderful, it’s quiet, clean and safe. The breakfast had huge selections each morning(6 night stay) and was constantly being replenished. The rooms, although small, had everything we needed. The free amenities were a great addition to the overall comfort of our stay.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the train station is nearby. The shopping malls are a quick train ride away. I like that they are a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel and offer the bus service.

The hotel view was phenomenal, the elevator entrance is very grand for people who were on 17-20th floor. The staff were very helpful and polite, and being close by konbinis were a big help especially when you get hungry in the middle of the night.

This was an amazing hotel! They are super friendly and accomodating. The room is a little on the warm side at 68 degrees and can get a little stuffy but they have loaner cooling fans that you can borrow if you find one on your floor. There is a lawsons on the second floor which is convenient if you need to pull cash before heading out for the day or if you want an easy dinner. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the people who ran it were so helpful, my husband sometimes uses a wheelchair and they learned what he liked for breakfast and would prepare it for him and bring it to his table for him each morning. Everyone was so nice, we were sad to go back home. The negative reviews I saw about this hotel were absolutely incorrect, nothing smelled like cigarette smoke and its not 90 degrees in the room. I am glad we didn’t change hotels because of the reviews.
