Walking distance to lots of shopping and food. The restaurant in the hotel was very delicious too.

Had a lot of difficulty communicating with multiple staff when trying to arrange for a taxi to take my family to Haneda airport. Although I was assured rate was fixed at 6900 Yen, taxis charged us 9100 Yen. Taxi companies are the same everywhere, but I was mistaken to expect hotel staff to have experience in getting transportation for guests.

My only complaint was some significant dust on some of the furniture, desk, shelf, etc. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great Spot
It's a great location to get to all the shopping and food in Akihabara. Its close go the train station. They hold your bags if you are early or still exploring. Great customer service as expected. Clean rooam and a comfy bed.

Comfy double bed and convenient location
The hotel is clean, staff are welcoming, and the room had a double bed — a rare find. Bed was comfy, the attached restaurant was a nice amenity, and the location was a short walk from all the action we were looking for in Akihabara. Would stay here again! Enjoyed walking across the river bridge to get to and from as well.

Unique style, spa feel, quiet, pleasant. Literally heaps of transport options inc metro and JR nearby. Room smallish but generous by Tokyo standards, clean and modern. Phone charging cables, extension cord, toiletries inc bath bombs, slippers and PJs. Fresh towels and water provided daily in lieu of servicing.

Excellent location and generally quite good
Excellent central location right between Kanda and Akihabara stations, room felt fresh and clean, and no complaints with regard to amenities either. Staff were friendly and helpful during the check-in process, but when I tried to make a special request pre-arrival the employee that responded to my messages was not very helpful (on one occasion borderline rude), and consistently got things wrong. The room was also VERY small, even by Tokyo standards (and I got the double room - I dare not to think of what the single room would have been). Two large suitcases could barely fit whilst closed, and opening even a single one of them (with the other one pressed against the front door), was in itself a near-impossible challenge. The WiFi was also sub-standard. I'd rate it 7/10, but with a slightly bigger room, and a better WiFi, it would definitely have been a 8/10, if not a 9/10.

Very cozy hotel, quiet neighborhood, and only a 5-10 minute walk from JR Akihabara station and Tokyo Metro stations. Hotel was very clean, staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! Lots restaurants nearby, and 10-15 minute walk to Akihabara's Electric town. Absolutely loved staying here and will definitely stay here again next time I come back to visit Tokyo again and will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Tokyo!

Exceptional Hotel and Amazing Staff
Hotel was amazing, stayed for two weeks on a sightseeing holiday, the hotel staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, rooms were modern clean and comfortable, the hotel itself is located within walking distance of three train stations giving, easy access to major tourist attractions around Tokyo. Plenty of local amenities surrounding the hotel and short walk to Akihabara, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!
