The overall stay was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The area has a lot of food options and markets near. The hotel just needs better pillows.

We loved the free breakfast, the staff were very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to tourist who intend to go to Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea, it is very close to shops such as food and souvenir items, train station, convenience stores, pharmacy shop, as well as bars and dining. However the room space was sufficient enough.

The property was clean and walkable distance to the train station. The hotel provides many amenities but the hotel is a little out dated in the rooms. But other than that, I recommend this hotel.

The property is close to metro station by 5 mins walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and safe to walk at night

Painfully slow wifi
The staff was courteous and professional. The location was excellent for Disneyland. Lots of food options around the hotel. 5min walk from the Nishi Kasai train station. However, the wifi was terrible. It was painfully slow! My husband had to take a day off from work because the wifi was so slow and couldn’t work. Also the shower had black mold around it. I hope the hotel will make some improvements in those areas.

The hotel seems to be old but my room was clean and I loved my bed! There’s a free breakfast and free coffee in the lobby which is awesome! Only the thing I felt sad during my stay was that I wanted my room to be cleaned but when I came back around passed 12:30 pm, it hasn’t cleaned yet. Since I really wanted to rest, the girl at the reception was really very nice and apologetic and given me fresh towels and pajamas. I felt so grateful!! Thank you! Will probably be back again.

The location was a walkable distance from the train station, but unfortunately there were no shops in its immediate vicinity. You need to talk to the station area, which has shops and restaurants. Still, I think it wasn't too inconvenient.

Standard Japanese hotel, which means nothing fabulous, but a great place for cheaper pricing and not too far from the center of things by the fairly close train station. Had a triple room and not a ton of space for 3 people, as the beds took up the majority of the room, but room enough to place suitcases with a little nook and a table and two chairs. Bathroom had more counter space than other hotels I've stayed in. If you're there for a longer period of time, there is a combo washer/dryer in the room.

Very straightforward, basic hotel. Everything you need, including toiletries and pajamas provided. Small room - just enough space to walk around beds. But that’s Japan for you!

Cozy place close to the Train station
Great place to stay. Close to the train station. Staff were helpful but dont speak English. I had a translator that i used to communicate. Room was small and tight, but was clean and good place to sleep. Breakfast was nice, we had 2 or 3 options depending on the day as we are vegetarian. Croissants, bread, yogurt with granola, coffe juice and milk were all good options. I would definitely recommend.

Good place for Disneyland if you drive. It's near nishi kansai station where you can get food and supermarket. Rooms are fairly small but can squeeze a family of 5. Counter staff are not proficient in English but can use Google translate.

Front desk was nice and helpful. Free breakfast is always a plus, though it was simple one. Free coffee was great. Room was a little small, especially if you have large luggage, but it was a worthwhile sacrifice for a larger bed. Only Japanese channels on TV. Curtains were also dusty but other than that, room was clean. The kettle is unreliable. Does not boil to 100 degrees so it can't be used to cook cup noodles. The coffee machine downstairs dispenses hot water. Location is great. About a 5 minute walk to the Tozai line, which has a lot of food, convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. There are also bars and food around the hotel. Overall a great stay.

Great hotel in a quiet part of Tokyo, but still easily accessible to all the main parts of the city. Rooms are pleasant and I think they recently replaced their beds as they were super comfortable. Hotel also has probably the best complimentary breakfast. Not much variation day-to-day but the options they have are fantastic.

Conveniently located and spacious hotel room compared to many hotels in Japan. Wish they changed the breakfast menu as we had to eat the same one for 4 mornings. Would stay again.

The hotel is just around 5 mins walk to train station. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Very clean hotel and the room is very clean. I will recommend this hotel and will be staying here again if ever I will be visiting Tokyo again.
