The staff were very friendly and helpful with check-in and check-out. We had a great experience staying here and we highly recommend for anyone. This was our first hotel in japan and it was above our expectations.

Everything was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and made the stay super enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near Tamachi station making it easy to get around the town as well as next to some amazing food places.

Close to mass transit, food places everywhere and very safe and quiet. It does get busy in the morning and evening rush because it's all office buildings in the surrounding area, but it's peaceful all other times. And there's a walkable riverfront. Rooms are dated, but it serves it's purpose well. Highly recommend this hotel, will definitely book again.

Room service unsatisfactory
We had a room with twin bed at room # 401 on Nov 17-30, 2023. One duvet was very old and very thin (70-80% down missing). Requested to exchange for a descent one but refused by the manager on duty. Reason was : fixed allocation for each room and no newer duvet available for exchange anyways. I was very upset and disappointed with this hotel and will never book with them in future.

I stayed here for 2 nights on my solo trip to Tokyo, it was perfect for me. I did like a lot the fact that the space between the desk and the bed is kind of wide (considering how tiny most hotel rooms are in the city). It is about an 8 min walk to the metro station and they have different shops/restaurants around it. The staff was extremely nice too!

Quiet hotel near train station
Located in a quiet neighborhood. 10 min walk to tamachi train station on the Yamanote line. Rooms are the usual small size normal for Tokyo. Bed was comfortable.

Missing personal item, taken by housekeeping
Left my personal value card in the key holder instead of the hotel key. Housekeeping came to clean at 1pm, and I left the room at 1.15pm for business meeting. Returned at 5pm and my personal card was removed from the key holder and missing. Upon investigation, duty manager managed to retrieve my personal card from housekeeping the next day. Reason given to me? Managed said the housekeeper thought I was going to check out that day so she took away my card! This is a very lame and silly reason! Totally not acceptable at all!

Location was great. The equipment to assist the travellor was nice. For instance, I had forgotten my laptop power connector and getting one from the front desk was smooth and easy. Particularly since for the foreign visitor, language is always an issue that needs to be tackled. So getting recommendations was difficult. There are some really nice food choices in the region.

I have used this hotel regularly and it is very suitable for a business trip hotel. Good location, attentive staff and great service. Breakfast is a little expensive compared to other similar hotels but good quality. Recommend the hotel as very suitable for Tokyo business trips.
