Onsen options were great. Perfect location to go explore.
This hotel is our new family favourite and exceeded our expectations. The staff were considerate and friendly and my children loved the 24/7 snack and drink bar as well as the arcade and gym. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to the major subway lines. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Hotel had lots of great amenities. The cleaning staff was very flexible with room makeup schedule. Great location for exploring Golden Gai and Kabukicho area. Would definitely visit again.
Ample of spaces with the room in comparison to other hotel rooms in the Tokyo area. The room was clean, bread, snacks, coffee, soft drinks and wines round the clock. Staff are helpful and friendly but it does help to know a bit of Japanese.
Good location and the hotel was an oasis in Tokyo. Friendly staff, free bar for spirits and soft drinks, kids loved the gym, games room with arcades and karaoke booths. It’s close to red light district but very safe. No laundry service but one down the road
Hotel facilities were very dated but the staff was exceptional, no laundry facilities making it difficult for travelling families. Area around hotel is questionable for children and after dark.
Easy access to transportation.
No overall complaints but would stay somewhere else if visiting again.
While the hotel could use a refresh, it did the job nicely. Hearty breakfast included. Free 24/7 snacks and beverages. Easy access to Shinjuku and trains.
Super Amazing. Lots of space, friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent location, off the beaten path a bit, which is excellent. So when it’s time to wind down you won’t have any issue. Very tranquil experience.
The amenities are vast and interesting. There are so many free things you can take advantage of in the hotel it was very nice. The room design and size are also amazing and very enjoyable. The TV setup was the only thing that was confusing to us.
Traditional Bali decor, which was very pleasant to see and hear. Property was clean, family room was very spacious. It had 2 massage chairs, living area, spa with supplies and free breakfast, dinner included.
Negative features were the staff weren’t fluent in English, unable to converse over the phone as they needed translating app. There were many balian hotels nearby, so navigation was tricky and need to search with all the words in the name. The one we stayed was at least 15min walk, so will not be easy if having big luggage.
This hotel is a blast from the past but it has a LOT to offer! Especially great if you have kids - our teenagers loved all the gaming options, pool table & ping pong. Everyone loved the massage chairs in the lobby! The 24 hour pop, coffee and wine, all FREE, was amazing. As was the FREE cocktail bar from 8-12 each evening. The breakfast left a little to be desired if you are not adventurous with your foods. There was always some cereal and rice and then it varied with yogurt, fruit and ethnic dishes. Highlight breakfast was actually the mini burgers! Rooms were spacious for Japan and all the free bath/spa things included were great! The foot bath in the lobby is also a must after a long day of walking.
Check in was smooth. Room was spotless. Standard was actually better than expected. Daily room service was great. Included breakfast was different to home (Australia) but was excellent. Free bar was a bonus. Son used well equipped free gym. Checkout was also seamless. Hotel was very close to all things expected in Tokyo. Several train stations nearby. We'd stay again.
El personal de un trato no muy bueno, me quisieron aumentar el precio de la habitación en mostrador y cuando les dije que mejor me la cancelaran, “se arregló” el problema:
