Got a private bunk bed in a coed room. Showers and bathroom were clean and pleasant to use. They did charge me 200 yen for towel. Check out is at 10 am so beware.

Friendly staff and comfortable room
I arrived at my hotel at 1am since my flight arrived just before midnight. I was welcomed in by the staff and was in my room within a few minutes. Even though it was so late in the night, the staff member was still friendly and told me all the information I needed to know for an easy transition into my room. The capsule was a lot bigger than I expected and the bedding was comfortable. There is room to store your personal belongings and day bags, and even room to bring your suitcase in if you need to repack your things, like I did, so you don't have to worry about doing it out in the open. The bathroom facilities were clean and easily accessible from the capsule. Being in a room with many other people wasn't a problem either because everyone mostly kept to themselves.

Nice hostel close to Nippori station
I only stayed here 1 night, but the host was nice, facilities were clean and I even got the room to myself (as the 3 other beds weren't booked that night). Close to Nippori station and eating options are closeby.

Everything was good. Just wish they would release the owl that is kept at the lobby. It is a very beautiful owl, but owls are not meant for pets and they are nocturnal. Being kept in the lobby means it can't rest in the daytime.

フクロウのモリくんに会いたくてリピートしちゃいました。駅からも割と近いし、今回は時間なくていけなかったけど隣に銭湯あるし、コンビニも弁当やさんも近くにあるし便利です。

施設に関しては文句無しです。ですが、隣の人がずっと咳をしていました。 コロナウイルスが流行っているので、熱だけでなく、咳などの症状を持っている人も宿泊不可にしてほしいです。 大丈夫か不安で、よく眠れませんでした。

今まで利用したホステルと違って、ある程度プライベートが確保されていて(特に2段ベッドの上方。梯子ではなく階段で上がります)、機内持ち込み程度の大きさの荷物を置くスペースもあり、快適に過ごせました。どうもありがとうございました。

직원 분들도 친절하시고 청소도 자주 하셔서 너무 좋았어요! 다만 밤에 좀 추워서 여름이어도 얇은 옷 챙겨오시면 좋을 것 같아요! 도쿄 거게 되면 꼭 다시 예약할 의사 있어요!!!!

第三次入住；地點、設施、工作人員服務態度都很好，只是整潔度一般，而且一房有二十床位，因不同住客回來時間不同，所以會較嘈吵；若果像我，每次入住一晚及節省旅費是可以接受的。

要有公德心
有房客十點多住宿，因為是膠囊要顧及其他人，十一點以後盥洗應該小聲而且規定只能到十二點前使用淋浴。而且晚入住的人發出的聲音有妨礙到其他人。
