We loved the location of this property.Eventhough it was further out of the main part of Tokyo it had very convenient access to the Monorail to Simbashi Station.Great views from the room with good sized Executive rooms...Really enjoyed the choice of snacks and quality of food in the Executive Lounge, and the service in the lounge given by Watanabe and his team was excellent. One thing that did let this hotel down was the breakfast choice in the Grill on the 30th floor..if you wanted fried eggs you could only have either a sausage or very fatty bacon without having to pay extra...in most hotels this would not be the case...no mushrooms, hash browns, grilled tomatoes were on offer and they really need to get a more powerful toaster or even for the size of the hotel 2 or 3 as people were queuing to toast their bread, rolls and croissants and using a toaster that took absolutely ages!!The dinner we had on the 30th floor Grill Restaurant however was delicious. The staff were very friendly in all areas.
