small room in a good location. If you want to stay in ginza and not be in a pod or a luxury hotel, this is a good middle ground.

Breakfast was excellent. Lobby has a scale so we could make sure our bags weren’t overweight for our flight home the next day.

very bad experience. I booked the recommended room which is children friendly. But that is a smoking room. I have to pay extra to up. Many people like me have the same bad experience

Small rooms (typical for Japanese hotel) but excellent amenities. Very easy check in service and friendly staff. Promptly gave me my bag after baggage transfer service. Would stay with Daiwa Roynet again.

Stayed with family including our 8 months old. Clean property, friendly staff and close to Ginza shopping street ( 5 mins walk ), Tsukiji market ( 8 mins walk ) and Tokyo station ( 9 mins walk ). Glad we chose this property. Will do it again next time without any hesitation.

The surrounding of the property has tonnes of nice food and near to subway station. The staff is very profesional and helpful. They will give new towels daily even if we mention no cleaning is required. I would highly recommend this hotel. Will stay here again when I come back again. Keep up the good work.

Hard to find, small entrance, most taxis don’t know about this hotel they seemed shocked and have to look it up or google. Closest major shop is Harry Winston three blocks away. 3 convenient stores less than a minutes walk like Lawsons and Family Mart for snacks and essentials. 10 minutes walk from Ginza Station.

Had a pleasant one night stay here. Staff were very efficient and professional. The double bed room I booked was more spacious than expected. Breakfast was great. The only minor inconvenience for me (personally) was the location: it is a bit far from Tokyo station~10-15 mins walk. But it was close to Ginza, so the location might be ideal for those wanting to explore Ginza.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. From the check-in experience to the central location (20 minute walk to Tsukiji fish market or the Imperial Palace, 5 minutes from the Ginza subway line) to the clean and quiet rooms with outstanding amenities and toiletries as well as the welcoming staff, we loved this hotel. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay at Daiwa. The hotel has great service, location and it is comfortable. Nice shower/bath layout and great bed. The massage chair is a great feature for a city you walk so much. Loved it! The breakfast option is also really good

Clean spacious corner room. Great shopping location, 5 mins walk to Ginza department stores. Not quite walkable from Tokyo Station with luggage but is a 5 minute taxi ride with a taxi stand 10m from hotel. Breakfast was pretty good except that they did not have English breakfast or regular black tea in the restaurant. Received a complimentary bathroom gift pack. Overall good stay for a 3 star hotel

Double room was more than large enough for one person. Entire room and bathroom appeared to be redone recently; no noise from room next door or hallway. English TV was only CNN for Japan but perfect picture on wide screen HD. Hotel will check your bag after checkout. Only or 2 blocks from Ginza shopping street. Several coin-operated washer-dryer combo machines available. 7-11! Store across from hotel has all soft drinks, beer, and snacks. Coffee shop within one block from hotel & takes credit cards. Underground station Ginza within 3 blocks from hotel with several lines but still often need to transfer between trains at other stations and long walking distances between train lines a most stations and often no elevators or escalators. Most tourist destinations a long distance from hotel.

I arrived at the property at 12 noon flying from Zurich and I was very tired. The room wasnt ready and they asked me to come back at 1 pm. When I came back at 1 pm the advised the room was ready but wanted me to pay Yen1,000 for the 1 hour from 1 pm to 2 pm. I refused as I have never had this happen to me before. Finally the manager waived this. Expedia must folow this and advise this when we book a room at this hotel. Breakfast was average with very watery scrambled eggs that you could not eat. Lots of high end shops in Ginza and great location for shopping.
