Hotel is in prime location and easy access to surrounding landmarks. Hot tube is nice and overall feel safe and quiet. However the only downside staff is not friendly and patience, we can feel that as a tourist visiting tokyo. This hotel I can easily rated 5 star if staff services meet the expectations.

Staff are helpful, welcoming and friendly. Room was a twin with added bed for child however there wasn't a 3rd bed it was a window seat chaise lounge type thing which wasn't made up (maybe they thought we'd share one of the singles) The room was smell with only room to open 1 suitcase on the stand and 1 on the floor leaving no room to move around the room. Area very good for sights and transport to anywhere in the city and the airport.

Though the room is very compact, it was clean and well kept and conveniently located to restaurants, convenient stores and the JY and Ginza metro lines. The Buffett breakfast was excellent value , offering a good variety of authentic Japanese Breakfast foods. The onsen was lovely too, offering an indoor as well as open air bathing pool. Staff were lovely and helpful

2 blocks from Shimbashi train station, A few blocks from Don Quixote which we didn’t know until the night before we left otherwise we took the train to the Mega store in Shibuya. The housekeeping staff is amazing!! We didn’t need our rooms cleaned for our 7 night stay but left the trash/ recycled bottles/ dirty towels outside our room. They replenished our towels and provided 2 bottle waters every single day without knowing. ❤️ The spa was very nice of you want to try the sento. Just wear the PJs and house slippers they provide in the room and bring with you bath and hand towels. I’ve never participated in one before but everyone minds their own business. Yes, you are naked but don’t have to feel self-conscious. We all are different shapes and sizes. Just remember to wash body once entering the sento area using the stalls. Then can use the hot spa and sauna room. You only need 15 minutes for the whole duration or else you end up like a prune! Then shower afterwards in the spa area using the complimentary shampoo/ wash, hair dryer, combs, etc…. It felt really relaxing to use the spa. Also they provide a locker to store belongings and you take key which is a wristband with you to the spa room. Love the hotel quietness. Rooms are a bit small for us which was 1 adult and two preteens. They said we had the second largest room!😳 it was fine since we only need to to sleep and shower.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was well designed, comfortable and had plenty of plugs and amenities (fridge, kettle, glasses/cups). The room was small but we had no issues. Spa and breakfast were very good. Hotel was quiet to be in the bustling Shimbashi restaurant/nightlife area. Easy access to both Shimbashi and Toronomon. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The property is close to Ginza is a positive mark for the hotel. What I did not like was when the server at the breakfast buffet got the croissants (a total of 6 croissants -2 pcs for each person in the party) we took to bring to our room. Each of us wrapped the two croissants with paper napkin and when we got to the elevator, a male wait staff told us we were not allowed to take out the croissants and took the them from us. We were thinking- they could have informed us that we were not allowed to take it to our room and allowed us to keep them. I do not know what they did with the bread they took but I hope they did not put them back in the buffet or threw them out ( of all the possibilities, I think the best would have been that they allowed us to keep and eat them instead of all 6 croissants going to waste). Also, the front desk staff should check how many pieces of luggage a guest has before calling a taxi because when the taxi arrived, our luggage did not fit in the cab. I guess the staff should be given more training on customer service.

Hotel was nicer then the same chain we stayed in osaka but felt too small for the amount of people staying. Had to wait for breakfast and the spa was crowded. But it was still a nice stay

Good hotel 10 minute walk from Shimbashi Station. Good access to both Narita and Haneda Airports on the Keisei Line. Good top floor Onsen and great little bars and restaurants with a 5 minute walk. Will stay again

We had a great experience at this hotel. The spa was fantastic! The PJs were very comfy even for little kids :-). The hotel provided great amenities. We highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Staff were excellent. Terrific sento on the 12th floor. Beds are small which made the room (a corner twin room) unsuitable for more than three.

This hotel is very near the Shimbashi Station Karasumori Exit so it is very convenient. But it is smack at the center of the business district so it gets packed & noisy in the evenings especially towards dinnertime with lots of drunk salarymen. There are tons of cheap dining options or you can just go to the Shimbashi station. The hotel is clean with good amenities. The public bath is well-maintained. We stayed for 2 nights, a family of 3 with a teenager. We got the 3-person room and it was okay for space even with our 2 luggages. However, never book this hotel directly. Their rooms are exorbitantly priced (over 500 CAD) if you do. Just book through Expedia for better rates.

Very comfortable hotel! We really liked everything about this place: service, room, amenities, and location! About a ten minute walk from the train station, it was easy to get around. Also, there was a lot of bars, convenience stores, restaurants, and activity just around the hotel. I especially enjoyed the onsen (spa) - with my jet lag, I appreciated that it was open all night, so I could relax after a long day of travel. I certainly would recommend this hotel when visiting Tokyo on a budget!

Great respite from the busy city
While the check-in procedure was complicated by a mismatch between the hotel and Hotels.com systems, the rest of our stay was great. The rooftop baths were clean and comfortable, the room was well lit, in good condition, with a new feel, and the breakfast buffet was well stocked with a great select of both Japanese and European/American options.

This hotel was only a 5-minute walk from the train station. Very easy to get around and has a lot of restaurants nearby to eat at. I loved the onsen inside the hotel it was very relaxing after a long day of walking I would totally come back here again.

Customer service was great. They spoke English well and were friendly and welcoming. The servers for breakfast were kind and helpful. I enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. Great selection, convenient hours, enjoyable setting. I really liked my stay here. Highly recommend this hotel. One advice, the lobby is on the 11th floor.
