The staff were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were always friendly any time of day, and willing to help. Sometimes, there were no English speaking staff at the front desk but with Google translate back and forth we were able to communicate pretty seamlessly. The free coffee/tea and toiletries in the lobby were fantastic and the hotel was very clean and trendy. The rooms were a little small, especially with two-check in sized bags. Also the area seemed pretty local/dull at night but the subway was very close. The 7-11 across the street is also super handy. Overall, a great value for money! Really enjoyed my stay!

I stayed there 12days, the location was very convenient close to the subway station and many restaurants/coffee shops. The Convenience store was 5 seconds away. They offer free amenities such as lotions, tea, bath powder. I really liked the bath tub that was deep enough to enjoy Japanese bath. Will consider staying there again.

Usual Japanese hotel, small rooms. Main issue is the lack of wash rags or the wash pads you sometimes are provided with and some of the worst pillows I've ever used on top of only having one (as is more common in Japan now).

Easy to move around metro as it is near many metro and JR lines. The bed was comfortable and feel at home. Toilet was clean. We will come back again.

It was a nice hotel to stay at. The subway station is very close. The room is small for two and not much room to put your suitcase in

我們選了加大雙人床，2人睡起來位置很夠，房間很乾淨。 酒店附近很多美食～ 酒店樓下便是 7-11！ 如果有大型行李，最好在Tohan 淡路町ビル，那邊有電梯上地面。 房間不大，所以不要拿太多行李會較好～ 這趟旅程我們是要去御茶之水買雪具，住在這裡真的很方便！

Handy for everything you need
Brilliant location with excellent transportation and plenty of food choices around, provide tenants with flexibility. Stone throw distance for everthing you need. Just a little thing to improve is the USB charging ports which is normally expected in a modern hotel.
