This was our first hotel on our first trip to Japan. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was simple and tasty. Also it was open very early which is helpful for tourists with early sleep schedules. The Subway is a 5 minute walk, and along the way are plenty of places to eat. The room was small but had everything we could ever need.

Stayed at Akasaka Yoko Hotel and had a great experience overall! The staff and fellow guests were very friendly, making it a welcoming place to stay. The location is fantastic—amazing walking distance to multiple stations yet still in a quiet area, which we loved. Rooms are quite small, but they were fine for our needs. The only downside was the breakfast; we tried it for two mornings but found better options outside for the rest of our stay. Despite that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it—5/5!

The stay was affordable and budget-friendly compared to other rentals in the area. I was pleased with staff and found them friendly and helpful with the check-in/out process. With that said, our unit was rather cramped and dingy. There were scuff marks on the wall. Lights are bright and fluorescent. Reminds me of college dorm life in the US-- not very welcoming or comfortable, but it did the job.
