Over all, my stay was above average. My only gripe was the room's A/C was not working. My wife called the front desk and the only suggestion to us was to open the windows. They were not able to move us to a different room or fix the A/C. The hotel and public facilities was very clean and hotel staff was very friendly

Ill start with the bad, and my only complaint was that when i arrived there was old yogurt on the outside of the fridge that wasnt cleaned.The facilities are cleaned every 3 days or upon request yet that wasnt cleaned before a new guest arrived? Kinda gross. Honestly left me to wonder how well they cleaned the rest of room properly. On the positive, the reception was amazing. Willing to speak english even when i was more than willing to speak japanese and where veey acomidating when i needed to add someone to my stay.
