「While it was helpful that after a couple days in an extremely noisy room I was able to switch, what I ended up with was a room with a rather uncomfortable bed and, worst of all, no hot water. So for about 4 or 5 days of my stay I had to basically just quickly rinse off. Fine if I'm camping but not what I expect at a hotel. The location was handy but I'd never stay at this hotel again.」

「Great location the facilities were fantastic. The staff was very helpful.」

「This proerty is located 15 min outside tzintzuntzan. Not the easiest to find , but what a find. Rustic, but yet with modern amenities. Pool, jacuzzi tub, bidet, air conditioning. Beds are huge, loaded with super soft sheets and pillows. Room is really nice with high ceilings. Bathroom was awesome. Great jacuzzi tub. The views of lake patcuaro from the room as well as many other spots on the property were great. The infinity pool with the great view of the lake. Definitely somplace to come amd...

「It was a very pleasant stay. Although my husband and I only stayed for one night during the festival, we still felt the quality of the hotel and the attentiveness of the service. Because of the tight schedule, we checked into the hotel close to the early morning, which was past the opening time of the parking lot, but the hotel staff still patiently coordinated and helped with parking. I like the design and public dining environment of the hotel. Their breakfast is very large and the service is...

「Staying at the hotel was a wonderful, relaxing experience throughout the entire four nights we were there. The owners and staff were very friendly, caring and helpful in organising local trips during our stay. The Mexican cooked breakfasts were superb - a great start to the day. The traditional room we booked was beautiful, spacious with hand painted tiles and sink in the bathroom. There was ample space to sit out on the veranda to pass the time overlooking the gorgeous gardens. Happily there...
