The property let you fall into instant relaxation. Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed in Patzcuaro and then drove to surrounding towns coming back each night for dinner and drinks. Great time. Highly recommend this hotel.

The people there were very nice, even though communication was a challenge as they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Spanish. No aor conditioning, so the room was warm. The mattress was very hard. The pillows were also hard, but they did find us softer ones after our first night. Very hospitable. But… the hot water was pretty non existent. Very challenging stay!

Beautiful Hotel in Patzcuaro

Beautiful hotel in Patzcuaro. The rates of this hotel are a bit higher than most in Patzcuaro, but was definitely worth it. Our room was spacious and had a fireplace. The dining area also has a nice fireplace which really sets the ambiance when dining. The location is ideal as it’s located in front of the main plaza. You can easily find dining near by as well as shops of local artisan work. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and charming hotel with gracious staff

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was cordial, professional, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. There are no windows in the room, so the only daylight comes from french doors leading to the outside hallway. Also, because of this, there is no fresh air ventilation in the room, nor is there a fan or any other ventilation, so not the most comfortable sleeping, for me anyway. My husband was not bothered by this. We were supposed to have a free tour with our overnight stay and this was not offered. Frankly, we forgot about it until the following morning when we were ready to check out. The hotel kindly substituted complimentary breakfast in lieu of the tour. Overall, a very nice hotel with very gracious staff.
