Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Hotel was great. We stayed 2 nights during Day of the Dead celebration week. Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and the hotel was decorated with a bautiful alter.
Everything from the rooms and the property. Everything was clean and beautiful. I always traveled to pazcuaro for vacations and i miss this beautiful place.
This property was amazing! A gem behind closed walls. Easy walk to town square with shops along the way. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Patscuaro. Staff were kind and placexwas immaculate.
Very friendly service and spotlessly clean hotel. My only complaint would be the extremely small bathroom! Bed was very comfortable and everything else was great! Wished they served breakfast though...
Beautiful colonial building. Very friendly staff. Drinking water, coffee, tea & cookies offered throughout the day & evening. Walking distance from Plaza.
The hotel is a beautiful gem in the Centro, and walkable to many shops and restaurants. I would not recommend room 10 because it was at the front of the property and you could hear people talking just outside the window as they entered and left the hotel.
We can’t wait to visit Pátzcuaro again and when we do we will be staying at Hotel Pueblo Mágico. Everything was glorious, beautiful and beautifully tended-to and sparkling clean. The staff were lovely friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect
This is a very nice hotel not far from the central plaza where all the activity is. Very good service by the staff. Our only problem was the wifi which is not good at all. We had difficulty logging on even when allowed to use their own wifi provider...They need to improve that to keep up with the rest of the excellent review!
The staff was great the location was great but wifi was HORRIBLE the whole stay. Even after the front desk tried to reset the router. And we weren’t the only ones that had a problem. You could see guest walking around trying to find a signal
A unique and beautiful hotel right in the middle of the action! One of the best features is the gated and locked parkade which is a couple doors down. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. We took notice of the fact that EVERY staff member we ran into, took the time to make eye contact, smile and greet us.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and it was extremely quiet. There’s a lovely courtyard flanking either side of the spacious rooms. You’re able to help yourself to water, tea, coffee and an assortment of sweets throughout the dsy. The small, white, powdered sugar dusted cookies were my absolute favourite!
Our room had a king bed which was very comfortable with crisp, white hotel linens. The room stays cool all day and night and inside the closet, was a large, cream coloured blanket which was soft, fuzzy and warm. It was put to very good use each night!
Completing the room, there were 2 wing backed chairs, a small table, long dresser, 2 night stands and a good sized TV.
I would definitely stay here again due to the above mentioned points as well as the close proximity it is to everything including the busy, shopping square which is only a couple blocks away.
Very impressed - thanks very much and we’ll most definitely be back again sometime❤️
Friends had recently stayed at Hotel Pueblo Magico and highly recommended it. It was charming, quiet and friendly. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!
The place is wonderful, it’s such a pretty and quiet place with fountains inside de premises, the rooms are great and cozy and me being a coffee fan, I was super happy they always had coffee and cookies available.
