「The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. In using the pool we asked for additional towel - We were told by the manager that there are NO extra towels. He eventually said he went to another room and got us 2 towels. We requested housekeeping on the second day of our stay - they forgot and it had to be put off to the next day. The hotel is surrounded by mangrove so...

「I was supposed to stay for 10 nights . However due to the bad conditions of the room I was assigned I only spent one night . There was no management available at the time of my checkout so I was advised to email them which I did . Until now no respond and no refund for my 9 unused nights.
I am very skeptical to use Expedia for my future bookings cause my refunds and compensation for bad experiences are not guaranteed. Overall my experience with this hotel was very disappointing. I am still...
