「This place wasn’t what we hoped for so we didn’t stay. The room was not as big as it seemed on photos, no room to put our suitcases out. Room was dated and doors opened out onto parking lot. Very dark, no lights outside and muddy from a water main break. To make matters worse, a policeman knocked on door to say there had been an armed robbery nearby and offender was seen nearby. Very scary and unnerving. We decided we couldn’t stay and found another hotel. Swan House were not willing to refund....

「Firstly fantastic staff. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely well stocked bar area. Fabulous breakfast. Very clean. Free parking to the rear of the property. Central location. 「The property was clean but a little dated. Breakfast was good. The food in general was good. The room was very dated and in need of an update. The prices were extortionate for where it is, way more expensive than Kent on par with London. The biggest miss sell is the tv. It is advertised on Expedia as a 55” smart tv. It is not 55” and is definitely not smart. This was extremely disappointing as my wife and I were looking forward to cosying up in the room and catching up with Netflix as we are...

「This is an aged property but they have done a great job keeping it clean. The bathrooms are remodeled with very good water pressure, sufficient space. Room is spacious for 2 of us with beautiful river view in Room 7. Daily cook to order breakfast is included in the room is a plus. The food here is delicious from breakfast to dinner. We had Easter Sunday lunch here unfortunately this wasn’t as good as the regular dinner. I assume it’s because of the large quantity of food the kitchen has to cook...
