「 A beautiful property, lots of charm. A large room with lovely little details. A nice street in Chepstow too. Lots of amenities & extras, very helpful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble.
My only complaint is that I found the mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in places. 」

「Extremely welcoming to pets. Hotel provided a comfy dog bed, blanket, feeding mat, water bowl and a doggy welcome box complete with treats and toy. Very impressed. Only area pet not allowed was actual restaurant which was absolutely fine as all other areas were perfect. Thank you Royal George for a lovely stay.」

「Our lodge was amazing there was plenty of room for 4 adults and the lodge can accommodate 6 although only 4 people can sit at the dining table inside. The hot tub was ready for use when we arrived and self check in was easy. Amanda who came to check the hot tub was very friendly and helpful. Please note the lodge has underfloor heating so the wall heaters aren’t required and the hot water seems to be regulated from the thermostat in the kitchen.
