「Room spotless and staff very helpful 」

「Unable to access the accommodation and received no communication from the site till 2100 by which time I had found other options 」

「Parking is first come first served. We had no issue. We did go around twice as we missed the entrance. Room was clean and comfortable. We would have liked a firmer mattress. Loved the wonky bits of the building. Breakfast was lovely. Good choice of everything and we asked if we wanted more. Great atmosphere in the bar, seems popular with locals. All staff were very friendly and chatty. 」

「This place wasn’t what we hoped for so we didn’t stay. The room was not as big as it seemed on photos, no room to put our suitcases out. Room was dated and doors opened out onto parking lot. Very dark, no lights outside and muddy from a water main break. To make matters worse, a policeman knocked on door to say there had been an armed robbery nearby and offender was seen nearby. Very scary and unnerving. We decided we couldn’t stay and found another hotel. Swan House were not willing to refund....

「Spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff. The sofa could do with an upgrade for comfyness. There are some stains on the carpet by the dining table. There's enough utensils, crockery etc and everything works fine; but I think it's a place designed for a short stay. Cellular signal is poor (EE). It is in an excellent spot and it's easy to park in the adjacent public car park and check in your numberplate at the bar so it's free.」

「We were not able to have breakfast at the allotted time as we had to be out at an event. However they were kind enough to leave us bacon sandwiches outside our room so we had something to eat」

「The Hotel was very pleasant. The room was nice, quiet. We were in India which was quaint and stylish. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a very nice stay」
