「Very clean」

「Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it. 「I always stay at this hotel when I come to visit my family. I have stayed many times. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The breakfast is very good also. Convenient location in the town, close to restaurants.」

「I definitely appreciate the affordable cost. However, there needs to be some serious renovations and upgrades to rooms and service. I had to stay for a week and there is no house keeping at all. You have to exchange what you have for fresh towels and linen at the front desk. It says breakfast is included which was the main reason I selected this hotel, so my son could eat before school.! They only have a grab and go and that was very disappointing and inconvenient for us.!」

「My issue with this hotel is not as much about the actual hotel as the inability for the owner to have any level of compassion. I live out of state and stayed booked a room at this hotel because my brother passed away and this was the closest to my family. 「Very nice stay. Lots of room. The place was really clean, we had two bedrooms, this place is like an apartment. I enjoyed myself, the staff was excellent. We had a little car trouble and the staff instantly gave me several options. Everything worked out great. If I am in SC again I will definitely look to stay at Main Stay Harbison.」
