虎城出租公寓

「Hotel was located in a nice street with easy access to the waterfront restaurants which were all really good. The staff at reception was very professional helpful and friendly. The restaurant however left a lot to be desired, the menu was limited and the breakfast almost inedible. The cleaning staff could be more efficient and clean the corners of the bathroom which had mold in places. Toiletries expected at a four-star hotel were inadequate. I would have really like bathrobes but was told...

「close to china town, transportation is very convenient. nice experience.」

「The only critique is she gotta be careful in the shower. It could be slippery when you first come in after a long flight. It’d be nice if they had some sort of like things on the bathtub floor to help with the slipperiness other than that it’s wonderful they near the change, your bedsheets and your towels and everything every couple days and great communication skills and the guy speak English and you get a breakfast at this wonderful breakfast place down the street. It’s really nice.」

「Great location. I would stay here. Definitely great host and great communication. You can walk anywhere」

「The location was excellent, and the reception staff were very helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t call it a bad stay, but the previous reviews and property description overstated the cleanliness and comfort in my opinion. The building was old and needed a full renovation. Our room key card stopped working every day and had to be reactivated at reception. Bugs were getting into the room, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working properly.」

「Lugar excelente y tiene todas las comodidades, frigobar, microondas, aaire acondicionado」

「If you like the feeling of personal service, this is not the place. Check-in, everyday activities, check-out....all done with door codes and no interaction with a living person. When the door code system broke down and everyone couldn't get into their rooms, it took almost 45 minutes for someone to come with a key because there is nobody actively on the property. It's in a great location and the price was affordable, but don't expect anything more.」

「The Ayres Apts are located in Central Recoleta with easy access to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Parks nearby are great for strolling and enjoying the beautiful scenery that surrounds the area. The hotel is well maintained, comfortable and affordable. I'd highly recommend staying here.」

「Good experience overall. After hours entry was a bit tricky. Location and amenities were superb.」

「Excelente ubicación y limpieza」
