Not responsive at checkin.
I arrived at night after a 16 hour trip, the place doesnt have a lobby, so was out on the street trying to get access to the building via a Whatsapp chat with someone that could not give fast, complete or useful answers. He/she did not want to give me access to the hotel because hotels.com had not collected 100% of the fee at the time of reservation, but this person was not offering a way to for me to pay. He just wouldn't let me in. Other guests, that I met there and then, were outside with me waiting to get access to the building. One of them said he and his family had been waiting for over a couple of hours.
In the end, all three of us decided to book another hotel and left.
One hour later, I recieved a payment link, but I had already checked in in the other hotel.
