No TV in living room, no oven mitts, slider did not lock, no toilet paper. only two towels, no sheets for pull out sofa, bug in bed, sleeper sofa pull out was broke. And we couldn't even get a late check out. Otherwise, it was perfect! :) Sorry no referrals from this customer. Just a good location.

Love the area. Rooms are nice but warm, even with the air turned down as low as it could go. Walls and floors must be thin because you can hear doors opening and closing and chairs scooting on floors.

A week in Buenos Aires

Great staff, especially Julie and Xavier, thank you. Excellent location. We were very comfortable for a week BUT the overall condition of the property was not as good or as high quality as we expected: eg double bed but only one bedside table and lamp; no laundry facilities; we were able to borrow an iron but no board; the sliding glass door to the over bath shower was coming out of its tracking; only four hangers…..it could have been better internally in terms of condition but as I say, staff and location all excellent. Our room had a balcony overlooking the famous cemetery so that made up for a lot. And our only problem was early our first morning the aircon unit, above our bed, emptied its water reservoir over us - it was fixed and the mattress replaced very efficiently so again, excellent staff and service

Property is fine. Some dishes not clean. Air Conditioned noisy and not working properly. So we decided to left on the 2nd day of 5. They said they apologize and their manager Will contact me for reinbursements. We never heard from CH Recoleta Suites again. Worse experience, better skip it!

This property is walkable: close to a mall, restaurants, and interesting sites. The address given does not have anyone at the desk inside and is the door to enter is locked. The actual entrance is 2 doors down the street but there is no indication of this given. The apartment is comfortable with a kitchen and dining area. The AC cooled efficiently. The living room has a sleep sofa that looks like something that was dragged in from a garbage dump. It was so filthy and stained that I wouldn't even touch it, much less use it to sit or sleep. The ceiling in the bedroom had cobwebs on it. The safety bar in the shower is falling off the wall. Despite the positives I would not recommend this property to anyone!

Já vi comentários negativos mas não foi o meu caso, mas precisa se atentar ao que busca, pedi uma unidade em um andar alto e de frente ao cemitério, e fui prontamente atendido, o contato do lugar (Leandro) me ajudou em tudo que precisei inclusive guardou minhas malas após a estadia até o horário de ir para Ezeiza, o quarto é perfeito, bem equipado, geladeira, fogão, TV, internet de qualidade, chaleira e torradeira elétrica, agua sempre quente, mobiliário muito bom, simples e funcional, pratos, talheres, copos e xicaras para até 4 pessoas localização perfeita perto de tudo, mas precisa se atentar a algumas coisas. É um Apart Hotel, não há recepção é tudo online e via códigos de acesso, mal se vê os funcionários da limpeza, então se você quer e gosta de ambiente de hotel onde tem sempre pessoas para lhe atender esse lugar não é para você, eu gosto de privacidade e ter uma experiência próxima a um apartamento então foi perfeito, há tudo perto, restaurantes, shopping é só atravessar a rua, mercados, bares, farmácia, cambio tudo, então dá para fazer tudo que precisa a pé, fui ao mercado, cozinhei lá e foi perfeito (além de econômico). Se quer sossego sem barulho esse lugar também não é para você, entenda vocês está no point mais movimentado da Recoleta, há bares, balada, artistas de rua tudo ali, é bem movimentada, então se quer ouvir passarinhos ou silencio total, recomendo buscar outro lugar e não se hospedar aqui para reclamar depois, para mim foi perfeito e sem problemas

Tuvimos una terrible experiencia con Expedia y el hotel, en primer lugar Expedia nos vendió el lugar como un hotel y al llegar al hotel nos enviaron a un edificio de departamentos fuera del hotel sin seguridad y la puerta estaba con signos de haber sido violentada los que nos generó preocupación, luego en el hotel nos cobraron impuestos sin que Expedia nos haya avisado, los que figuraba como un presupuesto atractivo deja de serlo cuando llegas al hotel, el hotel no nos quiso reubicar y no se mostraron preocupados y con sentimiento de poder ayudar, en el hotel solo hay una persona para todos los ingresos y egresos y solo contestaban que teníamos que comunicar con Expedia lo cual fue muy difícil.

Las fotos de la página no coinciden en absoluto. Es extremadamente ruidoso el departamento que nos tocó, que daba al pulmón del edificio, y las ventanas no cerraban bien. Los utensillos para comer estaban sucios, sobretodo los vasos!! La esponja de la cocina era un asco. Faltaba mucha limpieza y mantenimiento. En la recepción de los departamentos no había personal del hotel. De los dos ascensores, uno no cerraba correctamente y por ende no funcionaba.

Not quite as good as the pics

Good location but the room itself was in pretty bad condition and keep in mind it overlooks a very busy and noisy street. I had planned to spend a romantic evening there with a friend but this is not that kind of place. The shower pressure was great, though. The kitchen desperately needs cookware

Le seul point négatifs, sur le site il est marqué "parking disponible", ce qui est faux, le seul parking dispo est celui du centre commercial avoisinant. Les places de parking dans la rue sont peu nombreuses
