Nice hotel, friendly front deck staff, room was clean with a spa, the only down side was the fitness room was not up too standard, the water was not working, the tread mill half worked and the staff had to use that bathroom which was kinda awkward. In the morning, i want to say it was 9:00 the cleaning staff was knocking on doors trying to clean the room. I has the "do not disturb" on the door but they still wake me up with all the yelling in the hallway..... Room Services!!!! I will come back...

Staff was warm and friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean and appeared the same as advertised. Pool area was very nice for family time. Breakfast that was served had something for everyone without having wait staff. Overall a very good value.

I went to the front desk to inquire about housekeeping, to see if I had missed the chance. Was informed that all the housekeepers had already left. The woman at the front desk asked if she could do anything for me. I asked her if she could spray my room because a previous guest had smoked in the room. She said that was unacceptable, that...
