「Everything about it was TERRIBLE except for the front desk reception Shayla she was great customer service was great very considerate of the guest and there concerns.」

「We did have an issue in the bathroom that was not fixed during our stay. We even left a note at the front desk because no one was there at the time we were heading out in the morning.」

「We attended Packer Family Night and stayed at the Bay Motel. It felt nostalgic, quaint and was very clean and well maintained. The restaurant had great food and wonderful service!! This one will be our GoTo for stays in Green Bay!!!」

「Bugs in the bathroom and in my bed. Expedia was of no help. I wanted to leave but the hotel said they could do nothing since the manager wasn't in. Expedia told me to watch my email. I waited forever and there was no contact -- nothing was resolved. The front desk clerk moved me to another room. I slept in my clothes. They said it was difficult to be rid of bugs due to the lake behind the property.」
