The property is tired and is in need to a refurb which it looks as though they have started to attempt. Our room was opposite the lift and the corridor was incredibly noisy. The food wasn’t great. Whilst it was an all inclusive deal it was mass produced and the same old stuff repeated day after day. Our stay was ok, the staff were lovely and friendly and all working very hard but we probably won’t return.

The Location was perfect, just across the road from the beach. Lovely Hotel and friendly staff. There wasn't a great selection of drinks for All-Inclusive package. No option to buy different drinks. Poolside Music too loud at certain points of the day and the same music played each day was annoying! Hard to relax when Volume was too loud.

Disappointing stay.

In general the hotel was tired and run down. Cracked floor tiles throughout, many areas needing painted, broken sun loungers. Drinks were poor, bar shut at 11.30pm. Food was ok but restaurant felt like a school canteen. Room was very basic, towels old and thin, fridge didn’t work (reported 3 times, still not fixed), aircon not great. Had to pay for the room safe!! Only good thing was its location, lovely beach and cafes/restaurants nearby. We ended up eating out everyday to get some decent coffee, food and drinks. Sorry to say I’ll most definitely not be back.

Rooms were fairly basic but nice enough. 1 restaurant with same sort of food each day. There’s a pool bar in the day and a bar open in the evening. Not enough loungers by the pool as people leave their towels out from early morning. There are signs saying people can’t do that but no evidence to show anyone was checking. Not enough parasols so most of the beds are in direct sun all day with no shade options

Went here last year, where i gave a 5 star review (hence returning). The property condition seems to have worsened over the year with no evidence of maintenance. Check in was delayed 3 times, not what you want with 2 kids after 7 hours traveling. On the plus side, the facilities are great as is the location of the hotel, staff are all friendly and kids entertainers are great as too is the food.

It was a long walk to my room and I had to climb stairs to get to the lift. During my 3 day stay I had to get my key card renewed 4 times, which involved walking all the way back to reception and back to my room again. When I checked in I was originally given the key to a room that was already occupied. I walked in on a couple .

Wir haben im September 2 Wochen im Sol Lanzarote verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und waren sehr sauber, das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und aufmerksam und beim Essen in Buffetform war für jeden was dabei und hat geschmeckt. Was uns gestört hat war die Dauerbeschallung am Pool bis spät in die Nacht, einen chilligen Tag am Pool oder abends noch auf dem Balkon sitzen und lesen ging bei der Lautstärke nicht! Auch bei den Gläsern im Speiseraum müsste nach der Spülmaschine eine Endkontrolle stattfinden, wir hatten öfters unsaubere Gläser! Als Tip von einem Teetrinker bitte beim Frühstück auch größere Tassen anbieten.

La ubicación es perfecta.. la zona de de la piscina con terraza y musiva chill es perfecta. falto animación y los espectáculos nocturnos eran un poco flojos.

Food was horrendous

We were all inclusive and had to eat out every meal. The food was dreadful. The restaurant was drab and dreary. Resembles a school canteen. Entertainment was more for families than couples. This holiday ended us costing us a lot of money. One bar opened and you had to queue for ages. One of the worst all inclusive hotels I have stayed in.

We were very well taken care at Sol Lanzarote, the rooms were amazing, with a great view, the staff was incredible (especially in the dining room). The only downside is the excessive noise: most of the people want to relax but have to listen to loud techno on the pool due to some fitness activity for 3 people. Also, why do we have to have breakfast with loud music outside? Considering the target audience (families and older people), I can´t think of anyone who is happy to start the morning with loud techno.

- Excellent location, right by a lovely beach - Good size rooms - Fun activities for the kids (at the pool, and kids party in the evening) and shows for the grown-ups (magic, music,...) - Beautiful pools, but water is a bit cold - Nice choice of food at the restaurant and the bars - Super friendly staff

Great place, that good i think well book again next year. Food was excellent, right on the beach and plenty for the kids to do, spacious room.

Pros: Great Location for an easy trip. Lovely, helpful staff and a great selection of food always available. Drinks were good for an all-inclusive. Most other things great for the price, really would go back again. Cons(small things): Coffee could do with an actual bean grinder rather than powder, to go above and beyond. Never been charged to use the safe in a hotel before, bear in mind. Also deposit for towels, bit odd. Overall a great stay and would really recommend.
